It was from last year. Read the paragraph under the title in the link. Although it gives no date, by the description it's clear when it occurred.

I think this may be from last year or year before when there were so many tornados across the southeast. I checked WRAL website (Raleigh) & don't see anything about it. We try to keep an eye on the weather there because our son lives in Selma.

Didn't see any news reports yet.
