Minimum wage in KY is 8.20 currently, but moving to 10.10 in 2 years.

But wouldn't that account for the free market that Republicans always espouse?

If a whopper combo is $10, then someone else will jump in to offer a cheaper alternative.

However, and it's quite funny, in Kentucky, minimum wage was raised state-wide to $10.10. The price of a whopper combo didn't go up. So it's a nice pipe dream, but not one that's centered in reaity.

If they pay people at Burger King $12 an hour a Whopper combo will cost you $10 and nobody will pay that so how can that help?

Sure hope Obama vetoes it . Repubs are crazy !
